You agree that your User Content will not contain:

• Hateful content targeting individuals or groups
• Harassment, threats, or violence
• Spam, commercial solicitation, or promotional content (unless permitted)

• Malware, viruses, or malicious code

2.3 Content Moderation

3. Prohibited Activities

4.2 Limited Use

You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from DaiLova without prior written permission. Limited exceptions include:

• Printing or downloading materials for personal, non-commercial use
• Sharing articles with proper attribution and links back to our site

5. Limitations of Liability & Disclaimers

5.1 "As-Is" Disclaimer

DaiLova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including:

5.2 Limitation of Damages

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid DaiLova in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

• Your use of the Platform
• Your User Content
• Violation of these Terms

7. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. Termination may result in:

• Deletion of your account and User Content
• Loss of access to paid services without refund (except where required by law)
• Legal action against you

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases.

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Charges

Any fees, charges, or subscription costs will be clearly displayed before purchase. You agree to pay all charges in full when due.

8.2 Refunds

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. No refunds are provided for:

• Voluntary termination of service
• Unused subscription time
• Content accessed or downloaded

8.3 Billing

Recurring subscriptions will auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

DaiLova may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not endorse any third-party products or services.

10. Modification of Terms

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. Both parties agree to resolve disputes through a neutral arbitrator.
